Get in the zone

The RX-A820 is a multi-tasking beast, with powered Zone 2, Party mode and Zone B dual HDMI outputs. The HDMI Zone B allows you to stream A/V content to a different room (same content as main room), while Zone 2 allows you to send separate audio to a different room, with a handy on/off switch right on the front panel. And Party Mode lets you, with the touch of a button, sends the same signal to all outputs, to make sure the party's rocking in every zone. Keep your zones straight with the RX-A820.

Networking — It's how you get things done

The RX-A820 provides a wide variety of network functions to access more sources, as well as provide easy operation. Connect to your PC for internet radio, and operate the RX-A820 via the WebBrowser Control. Or download the AV Controller App and use your smartphone or tablet as the controller. The RX-A820 supports Airplay (wireless network adapter not included), to allow streaming from all your Apple devices, including meta-data. And the front USB port lets you get hard-wired for streaming as well. And on the edge of networking, but essential to great sound, the calibration mic uses YPAO to calibrate audio for optimum sound at any of eight listening positions. The RX-A820 gives you multiple options for complete control.
