You will also enjoy full tone control, loudness control, and two sets of speaker output terminals for either A/B speaker setups or for bi-wiring. The PM5004 employs a CD high-speed current feedback amplifier that's constructed with discrete components, which reproduces a natural sound space. Room for the whole house

For the ultimate in custom install flexibility, three built-in remote control command sets enable as many as three PM5004s to be used in a single system. A separate IR flasher input and detachable AC cord allow easy placement in a cabinet or rack, too. A hand held remote control is included.

External dependability

While the design and construction of the PM5004's internal components ensures high-fidelity audio performance, the same can be said of this power amp's external chassis design. Constructed of triple-layered bottom chassis and die-cast frame, the PM5004 delivers maximum isolation from external vibration as well as from electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference. Additionally, audiophile-grade, gold-plated speaker outputs deliver secure, highly conductive connections for your chosen speaker wire. And, last but not least, the aluminum control knobs and aluminum and reinforced resin front panel make for a durable, yet understatedly attractive appearance.

Purchased this integrated amp after reading a stereophile review. Vanns had a good price pointsave money on sales tax, fast shipping and good communication throughout the order. I have the PM5004 connected to an airport express for wireless audio and it drives my Klipsch Icons. Sounds great. The dedicated phono inputpreamp makes it possible to have one amp for both my vinyl and digital audio.

I am very happy with my Marantz PM5004. The signal quality is excellent and it does an amazing job with my turntable. I especially like the source direct setting and the fact that I did not pay extra for features that I did not want. I cannot imagine finding a better integrated amp for this price.
