With two HDMI inputs, you can connect it to your Blu-ray player or HD cable box and send programming to the Full HD 1080p LCD screen. Full HD content should be displayed in full resolution to maintain original details. With a display supporting high definition high-profile 1920 x 1080p, you can enjoy a pixel-perfect visual experience. If you want to catch up on local broadcasting, you can also use the built-in ATSC/NTSC/Clear QAM tuner to pick up over-the-air and cable broadcast. With SRS TruSurround XT, you'll also be able to hear simulated surround right from the monitor. And control it all with the included remote.
Sensitive construction
LG built a couple of important sensors into the M237WD monitor to help it work more efficiently. Auto Bright Sensor measures the amount of light in the area surrounding the monitor. After analyzing the brightness of ambient light and the data source, the monitor signals the backlight to create an optimized brightness that reproduces a clear image without causing eye strain. Live Sensor recognizes hands approaching the monitor and automatically turns on by a proximity sensor. This feature saves energy and contributes to the product life. Combined with the LCD technology in the panel, these functions help make this monitor an energy efficient product.
