Or partners who have Web site(s): that operate or utilize a Web site or email link to Web sites that contain or promote any of these types of content: libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking or warez, or that offer any illegal good or service, or link to a Web site(s) that do so and/or Engage in spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial email. Finally we do not accept partners who engage in cybersquatting or typosquatting.

Other restrictions - Please be aware that due to vendor agreements, Vanns.com will not ship products outside of the United States. However, we are more than happy to partner with those sites that originate outside of the United States.

Getting Started
Our affiliate program is free to join. Please read the terms and conditions of our Terms of Agreement below:

Vann's encourages our affiliates to promote our product line through paid search. We also promote our products with paid search campaigns. We ask that affiliate partners be aware of this and adhere to the following guidelines when promoting Vann's through paid search.
1. When advertising with paid search providers, affiliate partners may not bid on Vann's brand/trademarks, associated misspellings or proprietary brand names. ie. Vann's, Vanns.com, and Vann's Electronics
2. When advertising with paid search providers, affiliate partners may not promote Vann's by bidding on our competitors names/trademarks. Competitors would include any online audio, video and appliance specialists that carry the same product line as Vann's. ie. One Call, Circuit City, Abt, Best Buy, etc.
3. Affiliate partners should never state or imply that they are the "Official Site."Affiliates may not use symbols such as ©, ® and ™ in conjunction with the term Vanns or Vann's in a way that might lead someone to think that anyone other than Vann's owns those trademarks
4. Affiliate partners may not use the following display urls: www.Vanns.com, www.vanns.com as they are to be used by Vann's, Inc. ONLY.
5. Also, an affiliate partner cannot link directly to Vanns.com from paid search. Links must promote your own site and pages promoting Vann's products. Please note: You may include the Vann's name in phrases like "Vanns coupons" or "Vanns deals".
